Old wood handles rotted away
No issues here - Updated plastic parts fit the older grills perfectly. Installing the new handle is very easy to put on the lid handle.

The handles were weathered and the leg cap was missing.
Used a screwdriver to undo the hardware holding the old handle, and used the screwdriver to mount the new handles. The leg cap just snaps into place.

Very simple, just assemble handle kit to the metal handle on top of the lid. Then just replace the thermometer.

Great product! The price is high for plastic handles.
Unscrewed the Phillips screw and disassemble the old handle (2 piece/ front & back) from the lid. Lined up the new front & back handle on the lid handle and secured them with new Phillip screw.

Had the old wooden handle which was rotting
Removed the old wooden handle and simply placed the new two piece plastic handle over the metal bracket and screwed it together
