Need help finding your model number?This is an original manufacturer's complete chain tensioner set for your chainsaw. It includes a packing ring, adjusting screw, tensioning screw, transmission cover, tension slide, and tensioning screw bearing. The chain tensioner attaches to the adjustment screw and fits into a hole on the bar. When you turn the adjuster, this causes the tensioner to tighten or loosen the chain. It is very important not to over tighten because this can damage the chain tensioner's components. Overtightening can cause the threads to strip out of the pin or the adjustment screw.
