1. Removed old wheel. This took the most of the total 5 minutes. It was broken off in the leg.

Parts Used
I placed the flat screwdriver at the edge of the old inserts and tapped the screwdriver with the hammer in a downward position to remove the old inserts. Then tapped the new inserts into place and inserted the casters. That's it!
