Easy repair. The 3 carry over tubes on the Charbroil grill were the first things to rust out on my grill. They are not on the shelves in stores in our town.
Rusted out carry over tubes can be a safety issue so I'm glad they came quickly.

Easy Repair - Longevity is a concern
The carry over tubes immediately turned blue on the first use. Concerned that will allow them to rust immediately. This is the 3rd or 4th replacement and I have not found any like the original Char-Broil material - even when I bought them directly from Char-broil. Good Luck!!

Factory backorders occur when the manufacturer has run out of stock on the part and has to produce more at the factory, usually once they receive a certain number of orders for a particular part. 1. Removed Cooking grates from grill
2. Removed heat tents from grill
3. Pulled cotter pin out and removed rusted carry over tubes
4. Replaced old rusted carry over tubes with new ones.
5.Reinserted cotter pins and put heat tents and cooking grated back on grill

Removed the grill grates,
Remove the clips, then remove the worn out carry over tubes,
Set the new ones in place, put clips back in place.
Put grill grates back in place & the new ones were in.
