This is a genuine OEM approved carburetor designed for use on Briggs and Stratton engines. Carburetors function is to mix air and gas to send it to the engine. This kit includes a metal body carburetor, a composite material gasket and an o-ring. Please note gaskets are sold separately.
To replace this item you would need a screwdriver.
• Remove the rear cover
• Disconnect throttle cable
• Remove the old carburetor
• Install the new carburetor
• Connect throttle cable
• Re-assemble and test the unit
