Product Description ?

This carburetor assembly is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. It is attached to the engine intake manifold where it combines the right proportion of fuel and air and delivers it to the engine. If you are experiencing issues such as rough idling, hard starting, low power output, and excessive fuel consumption, and you have inspected all other equipment parts for fault, you will need to replace the carburetor. To begin the repair, ensure the equipment is switched off, and the fuel tank is drained. Remove the engine housing to access the carburetor. Remove the mounting hardware that secures the carburetor and pull it off the engine. Replace the appropriate gaskets if they are worn down or loose. Place the new carburetor on the engine and install the fasteners to hold it in place. Refill the fuel tank and reassemble the engine housing to complete the repair.

    Great Replacement Part
My mower suddenly quit working and I had it narrowed down to needing a new carb. I bought one off Amazon that turned out to be cheap and didn't work with the Honda GCV 160 Auto Choke. I ended up tossing that out and got this which worked perfectly. I should be set for another 7 years of mowing now.

This carb fixed the engine performance problem, however it's not the correct carb for the BlackMax pressure washer as this carb has an auto-choke and the OEM carb is a manual choke. So when the engine revs up when the water pump is engaged the auto-choke mechanism chokes engages causing the engine to not run properly under load

Checked spark then gas flow to carb. Mower wouldn’t start. I cleaned the carb with Carburator cleaner and order new gaskets for the bowl and retaining nut. I also used my air compressor to blow out the all the gas chambers. Remember to use the air opposite of gas flow, if not any debris wil lodge further. No luck. On Honda engines several different carbs are listed so make sure you get the # off of the original part. A new carburetor from ereplacement fixed my mower.
