OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturer ?
MTD Tecumseh Toro

Product Description ?

This is an authentic replacement carburetor which is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with lawn and garden equipment. The purpose of this part is to mix the air and the gas before the mix goes to the engine. If the engine won\'t start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. This high-quality metal body carburetor is sold individually, please note the intake gasket is included.

    Questions & Answers for Carburetor

put on a new carb and now have fuel bowl leaking. What is wrong?
    Marshall asked on 2023-03-06
Hello Marshall, Thank you for your inquiry. Sounds like the gasket around the bowl is defective and requires a new gasket. Carburetor Bowl Gasket Part Number: 49-841. You can also try tightening it a bit to see if that corrects the issue but do not overdo it with the tightening. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair
