1. Removed the cap with a hammer and a screwdriver.
2. Tapped the wheel off from the back with a hammer.
3. Placed the new wheel on.
4. Tapped the cap on with a hammer.

The wheel kept coming off due to vibration, as well as a cap in the tubing. Two new caps were needed.

Place bolt thru bottom stand and thread on the feet. Use a mallet to tap the caps onto the axle to secure the wheels.
