I am attempting to find a part number for the bottom quartz element of the Breville BOV900 BSS. From my research, it seems that Breville has made it difficult to repair newer models. Some say it is even more difficult to even open newer models. i broke the quartz element & I would like to know what the part number is for it. Can you use one for the 800 models? Seems to be plenty of them. If I cannot repair this, I will provide a poor review for consumer reports & anywhere else I can post. This is ridiculous!
