I am looking for the orange sponge that sits with the needle that punctures your coffee pod. Mine must of stuck to a Coffee pod and I threw it away. Now the coffee grinds get everywhere. HELP!

Are there any instructions how to change the top cover lid that houses the extra kcup and the coffee measuring spoon? When I depress the indentation, the lid used to open and click shut to close. It is part #174. Any info is appreciated.
