This part is a complete switch assembly, which is placed in the on/off switch assembly to reset the circuit breaker in the event of an electrical surge causing the machine to shut down.     1. Unplug the table saw.
    2. Remove cover from motor.
    3. Exchange the new breaker with the old.
    4. Replace the cover.
    5. Plug the table saw back in.
    Very, very easy.

    I removed 1 screw and 1 nut from the back of the motor and exchanged the new breaker with the old. This took less than 5 minutes.
