Parts diagrams inaccurate
I ordered parts for my Ryobi poles P4360 from eReplacements parts diagram, which turned out to be wrong or incomplete. Customer service tried to help but I received the wrong part twice. Customer service kindly offered Ryobi's direct number, but Ryobi could not help me; they had the same incorrect parts diagram (and therefore, wrong parts number). Ryobi referred me to their preferred parts distributor, Gardner. Gardner had a different and correct parts diagram (I have them all) and were able to send me the correct bolt. It's hard to hold eReplacement at fault here, since the manufacturer could not do any better. Customer service was excellent at eReplacement.
