The bobber valve can be found on the underside of your slow cooker lid in the handle. The bobber valve extends upwards when the inside of the pressure cooker reaches the ideal pressure level. It also functions as an overflow to release extra vapor pressure. Before each use of your pressure cooker, carefully press the bobber valve up and down a few times to ensure it is free of debris. This OEM bobber valve is sold individually.
