Not a direct replacement of the original fan 1/2 inch too tall and will not fit.
This fan looked good until I attempted to install it in the fan housing. It simply would not fit, so I took the motor and fan out and tapped on the fan carefully to lower its profile to fit further down on the motor shaft and into the housing. All I got for my efforts was a cracked fan. I went back to the old fan and shimmed it so it would continue working.

Questions & Answers for Blower Wheel

I believe that the blower wheel is what I need, but it appears that there is some sort of bearing or clip that holds the wheel to the motor. Is there another part I will need, or can I just pop a new wheel onto the motor?
Brian for model number 721-c asked on 2022-12-26
Hello Brian, Thank you for the question. Checking the parts and diagrams, we do not show a clip or bearing required to install the Blower Wheel. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
    eReplacementParts Team December 26, 2022
Hi, will this fit a Broan model 696? It is the exact dimensions of my old one. If it does fit, does it come with a metal retaining clip? Thank you
Will for model number 696 asked on 2022-03-18
Hello Will, Thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is Part Number:S97009755. This is just the Wheel. Sadly, the ring clip you are requesting we do not have listed for your model. We strongly recommend you contact the manufacturer, as they would have this information in their system. Ask them for the part number you require and contact back to see if it is something we carry. We hope this helps!
