This replacement blade assembly is specially manufactured for use with Breville blenders. It is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer and it is sold individually. This is the part of the blender that chops, blends or mixes the food that is put into the jar. When replacing the blade it is recommended to replace the sealing gasket (sold separately). It has a tendency to compress and crack and cause the jar to leak at the bottom. Please note this blade assembly does include a plastic coupling on the bottom.

Problem solved. So I feel like I have a new blender. Thinking about it now. I'll bet all I needed was the seal.
