we can't get the vacuum unit to attach to the main unit. There isn't anyway to get it to stay on.

I've lost the shoulder bag part that connects the hose to the leaf bag. Any suggestions? It must have broken off from hose. Thanks much. It's now worthless.

Can the lower vacuum tube be separated and snapped into the ne w upper tube and handle. I am having a problem separating the lower vacuum tube from my existing upper handle tube. Thank you.
