Due to constant contact with carbon brushes armature will eventually wear out and would need to be replaced to maintain peak performance. It is highly recommended to replace both carbon brushes when replacing an armature. This item includes an armature, fan, armature bearing and commutator end bearing, please note this high-quality part is sold individually.

2. Take the handle off.
3. Remove the brush holder.
4. Remove the c-clip for the wobble mechanism.
5. Remove the armature. Keep the rubber bearing cup.
6. Replace in reverse order.
