    Be careful when taking the front cover off since there are a number of moving gears and bearings underneath the anvil. If they get disrupted it its not too difficult to figure out how to put back in order.

    Removed the 4 screws from the front housing.
    Kept the washer and thrust bearing in the housing
    Removed the broken anvil and replaced it with the new one
    Installed the front housing with the 4 screws

    1/2 drive broke

    Remove nose cone.
    Do it slowly. Planetary gears have to stay in time.
    I did not and had to work to reposition gears.

    1. Remove (4) screws on the head assembly.
    2. Remove the anvil.
    3. Install the new anvil.
    4. Install the (4) screws on the head assembly.
    5. Test the gun.
