Put collet in collet chuck, then threaded on the collet nut.

Put the collet in router and installed the nut. Tightened until nut locked onto collet.

1. Put collet in collet holder.
2. Screw collet nut on collet holder with collet in place.
3 this presses collet onto collet nut.
4 . Unscrew collet and check. The collet and collet nut is now one.
5 . Done it took less than 5 min.
