Question: Replacing The Impeller Blade YM3...
Are there any instructions on replacing the impeller blade on my yardman? This is the second one to wear out. I just junked the whole machine last time, but bought a replacement impeller this time. But the opening of the unit is not obvious at first glance.
Question: Blower Won
My Yardmam model YM320BV blower won't start (or won't keep running). I replaced the spark plug and it cranks okay and may sputter and run for a few seconds, but then stops. I go back to setting one, prime it several times and try again. Same story. Any ideas?

Check all the screws on the engine assembly/carburetor and tighten if loose. Mine were loose and I had to apply loctite to them. Be careful if replacing screws; mine were metric.
Question: YM Blower 320 BV
I am replacing the plastic impeller blade. Is the retaining bolt left or right hand thread also, how do I stop the engine turning when unscrewing the bolt? Thanks.

The bolt should unscrew counterclockwise. You will need to bind the piston to remove the bolt. We have an article and video showing how to remove the clutch on a trimmer. I think you will find it useful with your blower repair. It will show you how to bind the piston so you can remove the bolt. You can find the article and video at the following link...
I hope this helps with your repair!
