Removed the belt cover took off the old belt put on the new one, and bolted on the work rest

I could have looked at the exploded parts diagram to ID the bolt, but instead tried a spare bolt, which took me two tries. The first bolts I found were Phillips Head but they work fine. Total time required was less than five minutes.
