I have Troy-Bilt self-propelled lawn mower 12AV565Q711. The front wheels are wobbling and I have to order replacements. I see the bore on the ones being sold is 1/2" but when I measure the axle diameter at the wheel it measures 5/8". How would I get new 1/2" bore wheels over the 5/8" axle tip? My manual calls out wheel 734-04018A but you sell 734-04018C as a replacement. Am I not understanding something? Thank you.
