I can not find the correct fuel tank for this mower with a Briggs and Stratton mower with smart start (push button) I ordered a tank but it does not fit due to smart start feature. Where can I find the correct tank???

When disassembled, the pull start rope pulls freely, but the 'flywheel' that connects to the pull start on top of the engine doesn't move. It won't start.
