does anyone know how to rebuild this $300 part, cause I'm kind of cheap and spent all my money on this junk to begin with.

it most likely has to do with the material on teh edge of the disc. it wears off and would take a special process to rebuild it. if its a broken tooth inside the assembly, someone whould have to machine you a perfect part--its pretty hopeless to 'repair/refurb' this part. it is built from the beginning to be an 'assembly'--not to be fixed. just replaced. good luck from a fellow sucker.
