Keep in mind that this part is sold individually. A screwdriver, a set of pliers, and a socket set may be helpful when replacing this item. It is made of metal and will need to be replaced if it breaks or bends.

1. Removed the locking nut, so the table could be moved out of the way.
2. Removed the washer and nut that holds the blade and removed the blade
3. Pulled out the main part that touched the back side of blade
4. Removed guard and torsion spring
5. Removed plastic washer that was broke.
6. Reassembled with new parts
