Anyone know how to remove a stuck striker in the piston - number 27 in parts diagram. I soaked in varsol overnite and used needle nose pliers to no avail.

I removed the striker by making a noose of some 14 gauge copper wire I had hanging around. Once you make put the noose around the striker protrusion twist the wire tightly to tighten the noose. Now grip the wire with pliers and use another screwdriver as a fulcrum to pull the stuck striker out. I think the striker was difficult to remove because the o ring was in a recess groove at the back of the piston.
