1. Disassemble chassis and trigger assembly
2. Pull out motor
2. Open motor
3. Replace carbon brushes and springs
4. Reassemble motor
5. Re-install motor
6. Rebuild chassis and trigger assembly
(Make sure to observe motor wires when removing motor. Each wire has a set of slide connectors that get pushed to openings that hold them in place. This will ensure the wires do not get pinched.)
