will this replace the neoprene ring in the trigger valve?

Hi maury,
No the N80356 is the shock mount for the cap screws that hold the magazine to the nose assembly.The TVA1 (green trigger valve) and the TVA6 and TVA11 are non repairable and must be replaced as an assembly.Hope that helps.Good luck.
