Removed engine and pump assembly from the pressure washer frame. Removed the pump from the engine. Removed the old seal by drilling a small hole in it, and then carefully inserting a screw to back it out. Installed new seal using a piece of pvc pipe about the same diameter as the seal to carefully set it in place with a hammer. Reinst
