1. Disassembled carburetor
2. Drilled a small hole in the center of the broken screw.
3. Ground 3 flats, tapered, on an old small tap
4. Tapped it into the hole previously drilled in the broken screw.
5. Turned CCW, removed the broken part.
6. Re-assembled with a new screw.
