Sanding belt would not track properly
I removed the screws from the motor housing, and removed it. I then removed the retaining ring holding the shaft and front roller in the roller arm. I then removed the old tension roller arm and placed the new one with the old roller shaft cup washers and retaining ring. I placed the complete assembly in the sander housing, then installed the cup washer, roller and shoulder bolt. I then replaced the motor housing, then replaced the compression spring, flat washer and adjusting screw. The sander now tracks better then before

  • A simple replacement as long as you have the right parts, which I did
Took a lot longer to get, then I expected. Other then that, everything was fine.
