Finally found an impossible part, but....
I have been looking everywhere trying to find these screws because the vise i have has always had the wrong screws in the jaws. Ordered them and they arrived 2 days late through no fault of yours, but rather the fault of our lazy, incompetent gub-ment ran postal service. The only reason for four stars is they don't seat in the jaws like I feel they should. I used the correct size tap to clean out the threads and to insure they were smooth before installing as to not damage them. But they still stick out past the face of the jaws a good 1/32"+. Which may not seem like much but its enough to leave a mark, but worst of all, I don't want to ruin these specialty screws because all the clamping force is placed on the heads of them.

Picture shows two different screw size/shape. I'm looking for 4 screws like the one on top in the left picture. Total angle on the countersink needs to be 45 degrees not 85 degrees like the standard flat head screw. Can you confirm which screws are in this package?
