Question: Carb Setting For Max Effic

The factory had installed the guide plate for the throttle cable upside down or backwards so it wouldn't hold the choke lever in choke position. Your representatives at Home Depot were unable to diagnose the problem but my dad and I reset the plate to function properly. I would appreciate a hand book on setting/adjusting, etc to get the proper settings for mixture and rpm for optimum operation for the model #RY26941 RYOBI 8" brush cutter. Thank you very much.
