With the switch facing to insert it in the square hole. The two white wires goes on the left side of the switch one on top and one on bottom. Two black wires go on the opposite side.

9/6/2013 / Just replaced both in mine. MSC Industrial Supply Co. carries both. Order (160XL025 narrow belt & 160XL037 wide belt). The only company I found that has both and reasonably priced!
Question: Rubber Spindle
The parts list indicates the rubber spindles are obsolete. Do you have something that replaces those spindles? I need a 0.75, If they aren't available it makes the sander pretty worthless

This sander was given to me by a friend... He told me that I could have it for free and wanted to let me know that it does work, it just makes allot of noise. He thinks the motor is going out on it... My problem is that I can not find replacement spindles for it. Does anybody even know if it is worth fixing?
