According to the manufacture part number 4400101 has been changed to part number 1411141.

You can have your batteries tested at most repair shops or a specialty battery shop. A good shop will have diagnostic equipment that will test the battery for defects and overall condition.

I love using the Ryobi HP1201K. It was a gift to my long passed away husband from son.
I'm always reaching for it. It is great but I can no longer use it since it will not take a charge. Is 5 the highest? That is where I score the drill.
