Ryobi trimmer has squeal in shaft or head. I have disassembled head and greased bearings and worm gear. I have also pulled and greased flexible cable. Reassembled and still have squeal. Help!!!!!!!
My pulley tips that engage the flywheel broke off. I have taken it apart but it looks like a nightmare to replace. I read the installation for the replacement listed but mine does not look anything like the one being serviced, Please help. My recoil pulley and spring are in front of the motor should you need to know this. Thaanks so much. Bsan

Sounds as if your lines may not be hooked up correctly. Do you notice bubbles pulled into the primer?

It's the nature of that beast. Mine has been like that for years and it works like a champ. Just follow the start up choke procedures like the manual says and you won't have any problems with it starting (unless it just started doing that, then I apologize for my ignorance) Mine has required a little extra muscle since I got it in 2003.
