what puts tension on this pully? to hold tension on the drive belt?

Hi James and thank you for contacting us. The Tensioner Spring part# 932-0710 and Drive Clutch Idler Bracket part# 05896A-0637 hold the tension on the belt. You can see this on Diagram A. Best Regards
