Permanent magenet field shattered causing amature and bearing damage
To open the housing, parts 11 thru 19 must first be removed to allow the front cover to be removed,which snaps on. The screws holding the gear assembly to the housing must be removed. Remove the brushes. Then the main housing can be split apart after removing the 8 or so screws that hold it together. Be mindful of the wiring routing. This allows access to the internal parts.
One note: The 302911001 armature comes as an assembly with parts 25, 26,29, and 30 included. To disassemble parts 18 thru 11, first remove part # 18 a retaining ring. I also replaced part # 14
as it was damaged. There are two allen screws that hold part #19 in the front cover
