I have used this two times and the cable will not feed back into the machine. The motor works. It did save me some money but if it is going to quit after two short uses I don't think I would purchase it, just go and rent one. Also parts are expensive.
I have the same problem with the one I purchased. This is the second one I purchased. I took the first one back to Home Depot because of the same problem. Obviously I'm on this site for parts. I'm surprised they put the Ridgid name on this.
The "Auto Spin"drain cleaner, it's a beautiful thing.....I have several for my truck fleet, problem is, the brushes wear out quickly. They are very easy to replace, takes about 5 minutes with tear down and reassembly, but unavailable since Ridgid doesn't make the motor....Johnson does. Thanks Ridgid !!
