  • Easy Fix great customer support but
I ordered a pulley starter and tension spring for my mower. It shipped the same day it was ordered. However USPS started messing with everything. It was supposed to have arrived a few days later. After a few days past the delivery date I tracked it and was notified that it was returned due to insufficient address. I notified customer service and told them. They reordered and of course charged me again. That was ok. The day after contacting CS my first set of parts showed up. CS sent me a return mailing label for the new order that was supposed to arrive in a day or two. Well USPS decided that the package needed a vacation in Hawaii. I contacted CS again to make sure I was reading it right. Sure enough it was sent from Utah to Hawaii and then to me in South Carolina. Unbelievable. USPS need to get their act together. They keep asking for more money which I dont think they deserve.
