I know that the screw on top of the pulley holds the rope down but how does it wind around the pulley. Does the rope feed through the hole on top or through the slot on the side of the pulley

Question: Fuel Tank

My question is similar to charlie cole's. The fuel lines outside the tank, and fuel fuel lines and suction assembly inside the tank disconnected. Does the suction assembly come assembled inside the new tank? Also, do I have to get new hoses to hook up to the primer bulb?
