Question: Replacing Chain On Chainsaw

I have a Poulan 1420 electric chainsaw. I borrowed it from my brother and while cutting branches from my shrubs, the chain came off. How do I replace it? I am a female but do MANY things of this sort and can't find a diagram to help. I don't want to break anything while in the process of replacing the chain. PLEASE HELP!!
