Model 3802L Porter Cable Miter Saw
The lasers do not work; I need to determine if it is the lasers or the laser power module. The laser module is 3vdc output. Advise the best way to check laser and module. Can I test lasers with a 3vdc power source, positive to red lead, negative to black lead, check module with meter, verify 3vdc output?
Also how do I disassemble it to reach the plug in's for lasers?

you can try contacting a Dewalt Service Center..[they own porter-cable]..but it says the fence is not available on their website..however,they might have info on another type of replacement..
