This was an easy fix I just screwed on the nut and tightened with a wrench.

Wire to two of the brushes were broken
Pretty self explanatory. Only thing caught me off guard was you have to remove the armature completely to get to the two screws holding the brush assembly on.

Hex hole flange and clamp washer were twisted due to cutting wheel being warp during rebar cutting.
Remove old clamp washer with my fingers install the new one just by pressing it into place.
