Question: Recoil Starter

I am working on a neighbor's edger with a Briggs & Stratton engine. 3.5 hp, on Power Bloc (MTD) edger. I am looking for the part that holds the ball bearings and allows the starter rope to recoil after I pull. The nylon or plastic part shows wear. The edger # is 25A 588 120. Engine cover has 91212 0219 01 and 960722.
