I have a Milwaukee 6521-21 sawzall and would like to know the procedure for replacing the keyless blade clamp. Level of difficulty?

Hey Bubbajames,
The parts kit comes with step by step instructions..it is somewhat difficult but once you have done it 2 or 3 times till you get it right you will become quite good at it..ugh:)

Question: 45 Gear On 6521 Super Sawzall

Im trying to relapce the 45 ring gear on a 6521. I grabbed the gear w/ pliers and used a wrench to spin the lock nut, but the shaft just rotates with the nut while the gear remains gripped in the pliers.
