Question: Makita LS 1030 Compound Miter S...
I checked the brushes, Saw does not operate @ the right RPM. Saw runs slow, but not all the time. I Have ordered a new cord and switch.
Is there anything else that may need replacing to fix this problem.

You may be having the start of a problem with the motor assembly. Most likely the 514816-2 armature. Check where the brushes contact the armature, If it looks burnt or any of the small copper bars are raised, that could be your problem.
