You can replace a keyed chuck on a drill with a keyless chuck. You will need to get the correct size of chuck to fit the spindle on your drill. The most popular spindle sizes are 3/8-24 and 1/2-20. The 6510 is a 3/8 drill so it would most likely be a 3/8-24 mount. Usually the spindle size is located on the chuck, to help you identify its size. the tool has been very good except for the dumb plastic fan that flew apart injecting a piece of plastic in my hand. the worse part of the whole deal is the part was 5.35 but the shipping was a rip -off 8$ plus. who do you people think you're kidding? I will check on part cost next time I purchase a tool. I doubt if you will post this on your site. Surprise me.
