Question: Motor Housing And Handle?

I've seen in several places, that the motor housing and handle cover, from the LS1020 work on the 2401b Miter saw. Anyone know if this is correct? You can see it here, appears to be a replacement?

Need to replace Item 45, - P/N 155241, the Safety Guard. I have removed the obvious, the blade, outer washer, Metric bolt (p/n 47, nut and washer. It looks like it pivots on the metric bolt but it hangs up on something when I am trying to get it off of the gray metal assembly. What am I not doing right or removing?
