1. Remove hand wheel (2 set screws) note: hand wheel has lh threads
2. Remove wave washer
3. Loosen set screw in spindle pulley.
4. Tap out Spindle.
5. Replace belt.
6. Replace spindle, spindle pulley, wave washer, and hand wheel.
